Mia Voss founded TMC Services (formerly Blue Heron Consulting) in 2001 and has since partnered with developers, general contractors, and architects on more than 60 projects nationwide. Her detail-driven approach and commitment to outstanding service have made TMC Services a trusted partner from first inspection through final turnover. 

Christopher joined TMC Services in 2023, bringing more than 30 years of expertise in materials, design, engineering, manufacturing, and program management. His understanding of how each discipline shapes the finished product gives our clients a well-rounded perspective on quality from start to finish.  

Dominik is the newest member of the TMC Services team. He brings several years of project management experience across the hospitality, catering, and resource recovery industries, along with the determination and drive that make him a natural fit for detail-focused construction work.
